Workers University offers a detailed and exclusive 4 level curriculum that expertly guides you through the trials of pro Wrestling Training from day 1 through graduating as a respected member of the Pro Wrestling Community.  We teach safety, professionalism, psychology, networking, and all those moves you’ve been wanting to try. Learn clotheslines, chain work to suplexes, to spring boards and dives. You could be a ring technician, Brawler, High Flyer— or ALL of them!

Athletic ability and form is always a great start, however, all body types and sizes are encouraged. We work with you on “in ring” conditioning and look. Different can be interesting.
