Workers University offers a detailed 4 level curriculum that expertly guides you through the course of pro Wrestling Training from day 1 through graduation as a respected member of the Pro Wrestling Universe.  We teach safety, professionalism, psychology, networking, and all those moves you’ve been wanting to try. Learn clotheslines, chain work to suplexes, spring boards, and dives. You could be a ring technician, a Brawler, High Flyer— or ALL of them!

Athletic ability and form is always a great start, however, all body types and sizes are encouraged. We work with you on “in ring conditioning” and “looking the part”. Different can be interesting.
